Rick Maher vs Richard on Google

The whole reason why I started this website was to grab some Google attention when people search for me on the internet. I am happy to say that this site ranks high for most searches of Rick Maher.
However, in my current job search I have been sending out resumes under my real name - Richard Maher. Today I decided to do a bit of googling on that name. To say the least, I'll be switching my resumes to Rick Maher.
